Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Refunds for workshops, series, and events will be issued with 24 hours advance cancellation notice.  Bodywork, Private Yoga Lessons, and Therapeutics appointments also require 24 hour cancellation to receive refund. Students may cancel out of regularly scheduled classes without notice.

SUSPENSION POLICY:

• In case of injuries or illness, your one month auto renew contract may be suspended with a doctor's note. Non-medical reasons for suspension will result in a $25 administration fee per suspension. Suspensions must be done in advance of your absence. There is no need to suspend your 10-class contract as the classes do not expire.

PURCHASE POLICY:

• A waiver MUST BE COMPLETED before you can participate in any class, workshop, service or event.
• No expiration on class cards.
• Upon request a 10% family discount can be applied on a second package if a full-price package is purchased.
• Full-time students 25 and under and seniors 65 and over receive a 25% discount on any class card or unlimited contract.
• Children 15 & under must attend an age appropriate class.
• Class cards are non transferable; discounts cannot be combined.
• Package sharing must be approved by MOYO Director (Maureen Priest).
• Yoga mats are available to borrow for classes.
• Credit card purchase must be a minimum of $10.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All workshops, events, series and aerial yoga require pre-registration and must be paid in full to reserve your spot.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Drop-ins are not discounted.
• 5-Class Card has a 6 month expiration period.
• 10-Class Card Auto Renew.  No expiration.  Two time purchase minimum required.
• One-Month Auto Renew. Unlimited regularly scheduled yoga classes. Two-month minimum purchase required. 30 days notice for cancellation.
• Credit card purchase must be a minimum of $10.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

• No refunds on class cards or contracts.
• Workshops, series, massage, privates and events require 24 hours advance cancellation notice to receive refund.

PARKING POLICY:

Clients are not to park on the grass at MOYO. This causes damage to the property. In the event that the MOYO parking lot is full for workshops or events, clients are to utilize the overflow parking located at:

To navigate to this lot from MOYO:

• Make a right out of the MOYO parking lot on Route 73
• Make the first right onto Cressman Road
• Keystone Fellowship is the first industrial driveway on the right

Clients can park towards the back of the lot. There is a gate in the fence that will grant access to the MOYO property. Follow the pathway to the barn.
