NOTICE

I am the courageous avatar who soars through the sky and lovingly sprinkles healing wherever I go.  I am a beautiful, bright star.  I flow through life easily and effortlessly.  Yoga and healing others are my passion.  I write about my happy, precious love for my life and the life of the world and the universe and those who reside here with me.  I am a peaceful being, I share my peace in thought, action and word.

I travel about the universe.  I teach movement and flow through yoga and the spoken word. My touch is magical and healing.  I adore and love children and I spend my time with adults to teach them to remember and awaken their true diving nature and love of self plus bringing out the child like nature of these adults.  I bring love, healing and peace wherever I go.  I am love, peace and health.  I radiate bright light throughout.

I commune with nature frequently.  Nature energizes and replenishes my avatar qualities.  I revel in luscious blue skies, warmth and brightness of the sun, sounds of the ocean lapping against the sand.  I walk and fly with ease on every breath I take in combination and in balance with nature.

My yoga practice is beautiful, balanced, flowing, deep twisting, binding, healing and full of life, light and love.
