Discover an exclusive retreat at the Locando del Gallo Country House Bed & Breakfast, located in the peaceful Umbria Hills between Gubbio and Perugia, Italy — a pure approach to wellness that’s simply all about living with pleasure.

These luxury, boutique hotel accommodations are immersed in nature. Enjoy green hills, gardens, silence, and extreme relaxation in the wellness centre with salt water swimming pool, jacuzzi spa and massage facilities. Let the chef spoil you with healthy and organic cuisine. Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi and Cortona are all within easy reach of the Locanda del Gallo and even Siena, Florence and Rome are not too far.

During your time at Locando Del Gallo, Maureen and Kyra will guide you through yoga & lifestyle practices to nourish and restore depleted energy. Make space for yourself on this retreat for self reflection and introspection. Enjoy soaking in the ecological salt water pool or having a spa treatment to rejuvenate you. Stroll at leisure through the olive grove, inhale the scent of roses and herbs, or simply curl up with a book under the shade of the old elm tree. The gardens hold many hidden gems and secret corners for you to discover. All levels are welcome to participate and enjoy this special retreat of restoration and rejuvenation.

Investment includes intimate yoga program, 3 beautiful meals daily and accommodations. {Airfare, transfers to Locando Del Gallo from the airport, spa treatments and excursions are not included.}

Cost: $2795 per single occupancy or $5,500 per couple/double occupancy

Booking Instructions: To reserve your spot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Registration to sign up is due September 1st 2025 and final payment is due January 15th, 2026. Cancellations can be made up to that date at 50%.

MOYO: A Center for Wellbeing

Maureen Priest is the Founder, Visionary and Director of MOYO for the past twenty years. Maureen currently leads and facilitates programs on personal empowerment and how to lead an authentic life.

Modalities: Meditation, Yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, & Journaling.

Maureen is available for Teacher and Wellness Business Mentorships, speaking engagements on yoga related topics, and yoga privates. She also leads teacher trainings and retreats both nationally and internationally.

Kyra Anastasia Sudofsky
Inspired Yoga

Kyra Anastasia Sudofsky is a Portland-based yoga teacher, Ayurvedic consultant, and health coach with over 20 years of experience. She began her yoga journey as a path to healing after a ski accident and has since developed a teaching style rooted in compassion, playfulness, and creating safe, supportive spaces.

Her studies have taken her across the U.S., Central America, and India. Before moving west, she owned three yoga studios in Washington, D.C., serving thousands of students. A passionate traveler, Kyra has led retreats to Cuba, Italy, Nepal, Bhutan, India, and Tibet. She now teaches yoga and Ayurveda online for Providence Hospital from her cozy little house in Portland.
