Immerse yourself in an Ayurvedic-inspired retreat focusing on the topic of digestion.  Often times, our lives can become chaotic, and we tend to ignore our bodies' signals for mental and physical rest.  Without deep rest we are unable to digest the world around us and within us.

During your time at Locando Del Gallo, Maureen and Kyra will guide you through yoga & lifestyle practices to nourish and restore depleted energy. Make space for yourself on this retreat for self reflection and introspection. Enjoy soaking in the ecological salt water pool or having a spa treatment to rejuvenate you. Stroll at leisure through the olive grove, inhale the scent of roses and herbs, or simply curl up with a book under the shade of the old elm tree. The gardens hold many hidden gems and secret corners for you to discover.  All levels are welcome to participate and enjoy this special retreat of restoration and rejuvenation.

Investment includes intimate yoga program, 3 beautiful meals daily and accommodations. {Airfare, transfers to Locando Del Gallo from the airport, spa treatments and excursions are not included.}

Cost: $2795 per single occupancy or $4500 per couple/double occupancy

Maureen Priest is the Founder, Visionary and Director of MOYO for the past eighteen years. Maureen currently leads and facilitates programs on personal empowerment and how to lead an authentic life.

Modalities: Meditation, Yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, &  Journaling.

Maureen is available for Teacher and Wellness Business Mentorships, speaking engagements on yoga related topics, and yoga privates. She also leads teacher trainings and retreats both nationally and internationally.

Kyra Anastasia Sudofsky
Inspired Yoga

Kyra has been teaching yoga for more than 17 years. She felt called to share with others after using yoga to heal herself from a ski accident. Kyra’s goal as a teacher is to provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes compassion and healing. Her yoga studies have taken her throughout the United States, Central America, and India. Before moving to the West Coast, Kyra owned three yoga studios in Washington DC, serving thousands of students. Kyra is an avid traveler who has taken groups to numerous places including Cuba, Nepal, Bhutan, India and Tibet. She currently lives and teaches yoga and Ayurveda in Portland, Oregon.
