Moyo’s teacher training program provided me with the tools for fierce empowerment balanced with gentle healing.  I realized my true potential facilitated by Moyo’s teachers and followed my inspiration to integrate Eastern principles of yoga with Western nursing.
JEN RYAN, 2012

MOYO's teacher training has allowed me to embrace my crazy self; to discover the gift that yoga can provide for each and everyone of us. I've gained the friendship of four amazing women, been trained by an amazing human being, and embarked on the journey of a lifetime. I'd do it every single year if I could!
