MOYO YOGA TEACHER TRAINING’S unique approach offers instruction and guidance in business, yoga as an art, journaling, working with injuries, community service, a heavy emphasis on pranayama and access to the MOYO teacher network.

Fridays          6 PM – 9:30 PM

Saturdays     9 AM – 6 PM

Sundays        9 AM – 6 PM

One weekend per month for 8 months {January — August 2012}.

Requirements for Training

Two years of yoga experience or two years of study in a health or fitness field. A physical examination is also required before beginning this program.

CPR certification prior to, or in conjunction with, participation in this program is recommended.

Certification Requirements

100% weekend attendance required. (200 Contact Hours)

40 Non-contact Hours:

> Develop 30 yoga sequences (3 hrs)

> Create and promote flier (2 hrs)

> Assist 5 classes (5 hrs)

> Anatomy assignments (10 hrs)

> Book list assignments** (10 hrs)

> Volunteer teaching (10 hrs)  Placement available.

> Attend two yoga related workshops**

*Books & workshops for training are not included in the cost.
