WHAT ARE YOU CAPABLE OF?

I always ask myself that question. I don’t see the point in living small when there are endless possibilities to explore in life. These beliefs have connected me with the most remarkable people...who now carry a piece of my heart and soul.

I try to live my life the way I practice yoga.

Staying open to the mystery of the journey, having the courage to embrace change and trusting my intuition has led me to amazing people, experiences and places.

My soul work is to lead you on a journey of self discovery and empowerment with love and laughter.  In the end, it is my hope you feel we’ve just had tea together and you’re walking away from your experience with real life tools to become your best self.

Blessings, Maureen
